Prepaid Badging Warranty and Conditions
Most Prepaid Badging requests are processed and shipped by the next business day from badge request. If a request is NOT shipped within 3 business days from receipt, the quantity of badges processed are not deducted from backorder, not to exceed $100 in value per incident. Void during observed holidays.
2.Defective badges and/or cards with data errors determined to be the fault of eXpress badging will be replaced at no charge, when reported upon receipt.
In the case where incorrect data is provided to eXpress badging, a replacement can be issued at the expense of the customer.
5.eXpress badging is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged badges.
3.Slight imperfections due to the dye-sublimation printing process are deemed acceptable and will be sent.
eXpress badging can not guarantee color matching throughout the duration of an order due to periodic equipment upgrades and maintenance. All efforts will be taken to ensure color matching is as close as possible.
Badge
stock may vary in shades of white based on new inventory rotation
and/or PVC badge stock type (standard, composite, proximity).
6.The Basic Prepaid Badging
format does NOT have a durability warranty. Bar codes will wear off
much quicker when swiped, along with any image on the reverse badge side
that is within any reader's swipe area. The Basic Prepaid Badging
format is not recommended if the average badge life needs to be 1 year
plus.
7.A 24 month durability warranty will be provided for Durabadge Prepaid Badging badges configured with composite PVC media and 1 mil over laminate. Covered under this warranty, when determined to be a result of normal use of the badge are the following: cracks in the badge, the slot punch area breaking, and printed images on any laminated side that wear off.
8.Badge holder photos and data may periodically be deleted. It is not the responsibility of eXpress badging to retain this information regarding ongoing re-issuance.
