The software comes with a database and four default screen designs to get you started quickly. Default screen designs are included for industry, healthcare, education and ski lodges. Select from one of these existing designs, or create a custom look that is unique to your organization. The Screen Design Wizard and Card Designer use the ease of drag and drop to place selections on your screen or card design quickly and easily.
Security profiles - Simple to define for groups of users, security profiles enable you to specify the time period for which individual users have software rights.
Intelli-Chrome(floating head) technology - Customize the background of your photo with an image, such as a logo, to add another level of security, or use it to color code by departments.
LDAP sign-on and connection - Authenticate users through an existing network login structure.
More card options enhance security - Take advantage of multiple card technologies - magnetic stripe encoding or bar code. Encode multiple cards or single card for photo ID, access control, time and attendance, and assorted applications such as vending, debit, or library transactions.
Screen logic capabilities - Allow individual record data to trigger the display of images or graphics on the screen, providing instant visual alerts
